Love At Home 3/16n 2015

This week Sister Hixson goes home from her mission. In fact tomorrow is when I will get a new companion. I loved serving with Sister Hixson and enjoyed everything I learned from her. She was probably the sister that helped me open up more and have fun.  Because, like I've said before, it took me a while to realize that sharing the gospel is fun.

Today we just moved into another member's home and It is amazing how different the Spirit feels. I know that every family is different and every home is different too, but no matter where you are when you feel the warmth of the Holy Ghost continually in a home it is beautiful and touch's your soul. I'ts fantastic to see how parents are the key in a home!  That when they are united as one in heart and mind (excuse the cheesiness) the whole air about them is glowing with the Holy Ghost. I'm glad wherever my family lived I got to grow up in a home that has that same love and joy that my parents welcome through having God as there first priority.

I love my family and my friends that help me to discover who I am and what I stand for. I hope that who ever reads this will continue or even start to take the time to create a loving atmosphere at home because "In family relationships love is really spelled t-i-m-e" -President Uchtdorf

Loving the time I get to serve,
Sister Baker

P.s. I've been a missionary for 10 months!
